The IFHE scholarship recognizes students for achievements in promoting the profession and putting its interdisciplinary values into practice. It aims to identify and financially support Home Economics students to advance the profession on an international level through work on an international project. The nine month scholarship offers a two-year membership and reimbursement of travel costs to international IFHE meetings and related events.
The next scholarship cycle starts 2021, application information will be published by late 2020.
Forty-five grants to pay Congress 2020 registration and accomodation at the congress hotel were made available to IFHE members from developing countries.

IHES offers eight scholarships for home economics professionals from developing countries to attend IFHE World Congresses. Recent scholarships were granted for travel to the event in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, August 2020.
