There is no degree in Home Economics in Hungary. The courses related to Home Economics are included in the Master of Science programmes (Master of Agricultural Economics and Management, Master of Economics, Master of Agricultural Engineering).

Courses of studies which contain elements of Home Economics are the following: Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Policy, Rural Sociology, Rural Development, Multifunctional Agricultural Development, Demography, Marketing and Management, Eco-Philosophy.

Courses of Home Economics: Household Economics, Household Management, Family and Society, Consumer Rights.

Colleges:

There is no Home Economics degree at the college level. In the teacher training colleges there are subjects in the field of Home Economics.
